David Young heads back to Dorset with our European Diversity Award.
Diverse Futures won the 2015 European Diversity Award for Community Project of the Year.
Here is Dave's acceptance speech:
“Hello I am Dave Young. Diverse Futures helped develop my arts training by finding me opportunities that give me training and skills to develop in the arts. It is important because without Diverse Futures there would be a massive gap between participatory youth companies and professional performance opportunities. Now I am starting to get professional performance opportunities and to go where I want to in theatre. It is all thanks to Diverse Futures.”
