We are creating a national network of 'Unexpected Leaders' in the cities where we are touring Extraordinary Bodies' Weighting. 

The legacy of leadership and activism for change will keep conversations and activity going in these cities.

An 'Unexpected Leader' is someone who has not yet had a chance to fullfil their leadership potential regardless of gender, disability, class, caring responsibilities or background.

'Unexpected Leaders' are either self-identified or nominated by other people. There are no rules as to what an 'Unexpected Leader' looks like, although they will be interested in leading or activating integrated artistic practice in their community.

The Clore Duffield Foundation 50th Anniversary Prize has enabled us to support, develop and coach up to ten people in five partner cities across the UK in 2015-16.
